Artist Bio

Growing up on Long island, N.Y., I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t creating art. I’ve been so fortunate to be able to combine my love of art with my love of teaching. After 25 years as an art educator to students in grades Kindergarten through High School, I retired in 2007. In addition to giving private art lessons, I continue to paint in acrylics and water colors. I also enjoy having the time to explore other forms of art and different mediums.

I hope my paintings bring you the sense of peace and beauty I feel when I create them.
