Artist Bio

Originally from Rockville, Maryland Rita received a BFA in painting and design from Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, WV.  Her other artistic influences come from the editorial illustration community and her medical illustration training received at the National Institutes of Health.  Currently Rita lives and works in Mt
Pleasant, N.W. Washington, D.C.
